Open Programs 2018

There are currently 5 open programs:

1. Hearing Impaired High School Student, College Scholarship: $200-$1000

This scholarship is open to individuals with a diagnosed Moderate to Profound hearing loss only. This award will be based on scholastic achievement, community involvement, and leadership potential.

2. Hearing Impaired Dental School Student, College Scholarship: $200-$1000

This scholarship is open to individuals with a diagnosed Moderate to Profound hearing loss only. This award will be based on scholastic achievement in Dental School, community involvement, and leadership potential.

3. Asia Orphans Program: $1000-$10000

This program is designed to support the efforts of those funding orphanages in China, Korea, and other Asian countries. It is open to groups or individuals.

4. High School Centers for Excellence: $2000-$10000

Open to Arizona High Schools, this program recognizes the hard work and dedication of high school teachers by providing awards to create rooms in high schools, or “centers of excellence” where gifted students, and peer to peer tutoring programs can be housed. This award will carry the Elliott Endowment branding, but will be named after a teacher who has been influential in the development of the campus based program over a period of years. Outside funds will be collected on behalf of the effort and donor contributions will be accepted.

5. Dental Outreach Program: $1000-$10000

This program is designed to support the efforts of those engaged in humanitarian dental outreach, and funding the construction and delivery of Mobile Dental Clinics. It is open to groups or individuals. Annually renewable.
